False promise of lifetime free guarantee and no refund

Along with the product they came with lifetime free guarantee but the email address provided is wrong so you don't have lifetime guarantee and they don't can contact. I tried to send an email, but it says the wrong email address. I'm not sure how this will work in a few months.
