The ability to schedule appointments directly from my computer. I can set reminders, make notes, etc. The calendar is very simple to use. I like that I can see how many days are left in the month and what time I have scheduled for each day. I don't know if it's just me but sometimes when you're typing something into the scheduler or clicking on a date, nothing happens. This is not a big deal though because everything works great most of the time. It would be nice if there were more options to customize your calendar. I am a solo practitioner so I need an option where I can add multiple people to an appointment without having to go back and change each person individually. I also need to be able to keep track of appointments and cancellations. I can do this with CalendarSpots.
