This is not a model that I would recommend! Regarding the technological aspects, there are no complaints to be found. Standard android, excellent sensor. However, he is extremely delicate. The circumstances were such that on April 23, 2022, we made the purchase of this model. At the time, everything was going swimmingly, and we just couldn't get enough of it. On April 30, 2022, exactly one week later (!) in the morning, when the tablet was turned on, there was a black area on the top left of the screen the size of a five cent piece. At the same time, the functionality of the remaining parts of the display was maintained. A few hours later, practically the entire display went black for no apparent reason. And the tablet itself is functional; I can receive SMS, and the sensor does its job. We went to the service center of the store where we had purchased the tablet; however, they did not take it in for examination. Instead, they informed us that the matrix was shattered, and that this kind of damage can only be caused by physical trauma. However, there were no physical blows to the tablet; it was never knocked to the ground, and it was never subjected to any other form of abuse. Both the housing and the display are in pristine condition. It is only natural that some trace would be left behind after mechanical harm. After that, they went to the Samsung service center, but the staff there refused to accept it in for inspection. They claimed that doing so would be a waste of time because they would not disassemble the device while testing it because, according to them, everything is clearly visible. It is obvious that this is a fractured matrix, which suggests that the tablet was probably crushed with some kind of tool. However, by the grace of God, they did not throw him to the ground, they did not beat him, and they in no way crushed him with anything. When looking at the picture on the display, I can't help but get the impression that this is a fingerprint. However, they did not apply any pressure with a finger and instead held on to it as tightly as they could. Who knew he was so susceptible to injury? The cost of repair is 6000 dollars, which is quite a bit considering that the tablet itself is about 8000 dollars! And what kind of assurance do we have that the problem won't rear its head again even after it's been fixed? Very disappointing. This is not the first tablet that we have owned, and I highly doubt that it will be the last. However, Samsung is most certainly the pioneer and the industry leader.
