By the way, they are made in China, which disappointed me a bit. I have just replaced an original Chinese made T05 installed by One Hour Air along with a dual run condenser installed on a new AC unit in January 2014. The compressor started to work. louder noise when starting. The Florida heat seems to be slowly killing the capacitors. Much cheaper than calling support and dealing with BS. The noise is down again, but I forgot to measure before and after the inrush amps. During the last emergency start of the generator, the compressor did not start. I read the Goodman chart and the hard extra factory start is 5-2-1. In six years or so, maybe next time I'll try it instead. Update: I inspected the original TO-5 relay that I removed and the single contact was burned. It can be a good sign to replace them every 3-5 years. Or polish and customize for the oldtimers who know ;). It looks like a very weak relay. Interestingly, the capacitor is exactly the same as the one in the CSRU2 5-2-1 kit I recently bought.
