I chose this serum because it had good reviews and a good nutritional profile - I wanted to avoid carbs and cholesterol. It is also believed that the hydrolyzate is the most easily digested. So I had high hopes. I usually don't care about taste, so I went with what I feel is the most neutral - vanilla. But, wow, I wasn't ready for that taste. I've had desserts that tasted a lot less sweet. I usually add some xylitol/stevia to my Greek yogurt, so a little sweetness never hurts. But add a scoop of water or milk and it tastes like ice cream. It might not be that bad for some people, but I prefer something milder like 1/8-1/4 sweet? I take it acesulfame potassium and sucralose are meant to blow your mind? Sheet.
