My 2 year old son is bored with his old bath toys. That's why I bought these wonderful things. He's really in the "vehicle" phase when he likes things. He just likes to play with machines. But I'll build him a road and show him how to drive a car. Last night he tried to build his own way. So these are great learning tools and also a lot of fun for my kid. The foam is strong (it's still teething and chewing at stoplights) and colorful. Easy cleaning directly in the bathtub. The only downside for me is that there are no suction cups in the kit, but there are loops that you can use.
