This heater puts out a lot of heat and warmth. This is not a problem, but the design of this heater is not perfect and these components are faulty. The weight of the liquid in these blocks is only at one end. Just a few weeks after delivery, a set of flimsy, cheap, and poorly constructed legs bend and warp under the weight of the oil inside the unit. We need to place the device on top of the tuna can to keep it level. It didn't just happen to one unit, it happened to BOTH units we ordered, as well as others. I will not buy this brand and model again. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars on Pelonis. Our Pelonis has been a workhorse for many years and has never let us down.
