Review on Teva Turkish Coffee FOREBAY Sandal by Ray Sheptock

The worst. for men

Like many other reviewers I have had this shoe before and loved it but was in a lot of pain redesigning it. The old model of this shoe has never rubbed my foot wrong, caused blisters or failed me in any way other than wear and tear after many years. Whatever the design changes, they've gone from one of my favorite shoes to one of my least favorites. I have worn these shoes several times for about an hour to make sure they are comfortable before relying on them. They were comfortable enough so I decided to trust them. We went on a Caribbean cruise and I wore them in Aruba for about 4 hours and they rubbed the skin on the backs of both my legs. Very painful and uncomfortable. I ended up taking off my shoes well before we got back to our ship to reduce the damage to my feet. Burning my feet on the hot pavement was better than peeling the skin further. I always worry about manufacturers discontinuing or changing products I love because it's never for the best. This is another product that is on this list. I don't understand why you ever decided to change the previous design, but Teva chose this path and these will be the very last pair of their shoes I will ever buy. It's a shame because Keen is their main competitor and I've never been in love with any of my Keens, but they've never rubbed my legs either. So I guess I'm a tough guy now?
