Teva Turkish Coffee FOREBAY Sandal Review

I had two earlier versions of Teva sandals. My shoe size for her was 10.5. The M Forebay sandals are only offered in whole sizes and I was hesitant to buy a size 11 for fear it would be too big. I have had a size 12 Teva Deacon sandals for many years. I loved them so much. They were damn comfortable to wear almost anywhere. I could walk barefoot and not worry about the straps rubbing my feet the wrong way. I could wear socks (very stylish I know) and they were great in all weather except snow. Like many other reviewers I have had this shoe before and loved it but was in a lot of pain redesigning it. I bought these sandals to wear while hiking in Southeast Asia. Before buying them I tried them on at a local store and found them to fit well and be comfortable. I'll start this review by saying this is the third pair of these sandals I've had. I bought my first pair about 5 years ago. I live in Florida and can wear them most of the year if I want to. My husband has a pair of these and loves them so much he wanted a second pair. When we arrived we almost got kicked out of the house because toxic fumes were coming out of those boots. After three days of smoking and headaches, there was no relief. I contacted TEVA and they assured me that their shoes do not emit such odors and fumes. Are these Tevas even? I bought about seven pairs of Tevas sneakers - I liked them all but this pair was terrible. All other Tevas I could easily put on and wear and never had a problem. In fact, the skin on my heel was erased after an hour and a half of hiking. I took off my shoes and noticed that I had blood on my ankle. I hate them. If this was my first pair, this would be my last pair. Terrible.

THIS IS ALL THE BEST SAND I WEAR FOR MY WATER USE ON MY SECOND PAIR IN 4 YEARS. THEY WORK WELL, I ABUSE MINE AND THEY LAST. MOST OTHER BRANDS ARE EITHER DISCONNECTED, DISCONNECTED OR INCONVENIENT.
