I was so excited to see this new version of the sea monkey in stock. As a child I loved my sea monkeys and am so excited to introduce them to my children. I remember they had a cartoon sea monkey show, funny but funny. These are really incredibly small shrimp to hatch after their eggs are dehydrated and thanks to the little magnifying bubbles on the tank you can actually see the little guys swimming around in there. They can take a while to hatch, so it's not an instant gratification, but they've always worked for us. I appreciate that this also has a lighting function so it can work as a night light and as a child's room. Very funny and very nostalgic!
