It is very easy to use with great reports available for clients. The integration capabilities can be improved but this is not an issue because it has more than enough integrations with other systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics as well as non-profit programs (like FND). Also, you also get integration with Google Analytics which will make some things easier. This tool helps our staff in tracking recurring items that require daily attention. The software will help us keep track of all calibration runs we need to perform throughout the year. We are able to create multiple calendars so we could have one calendar per client if needed. With this software, we save time doing paperwork instead focusing on what we do best -- solving problems! Not much at this moment. I think their training material needs improvement when compared to current offerings from competitors. They provide free 30 day trials to test out any product before purchasing. Take advantage of this.
