User friendly and keeps everyone up dated

It has all that is needed for any laboratory workflow! I love how easy it makes my job by having everything in one place so i dont have to go from appartment-to-apptoment searching data or looking at spreadsheets etc.. Sometimes we need help with our software but they always make sure you are taken care off even if its just asking questions about something not working. We used this product while doing an upgrade project which was very time consuming because there were many steps involved where…

Great Customer Support and User Friendly

It is very easy to use with great reports available for clients. The integration capabilities can be improved but this is not an issue because it has more than enough integrations with other systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics as well as non-profit programs (like FND). Also, you also get integration with Google Analytics which will make some things easier. This tool helps our staff in tracking recurring items that require daily attention. Useful tool if You want quick and straight forward solution For Time Management of Recurring Action

It is very easy for anyone who has basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets can use this software without any problem at all! I would like that there were more reporting features available so we could send out reports with our data but it's not an issue because they have great customer support which helps me get my questions answered quickly whenever needed.- The ease-of usage makes tracking repetitive tasks quick & simple - no need to write complex formulas since everything works…

  • Very user friendly interface, intuitive enough where anybody should easily learn how touse within few minutes after launching program; )Easy export option as well if desired ;)
  • Great variety tools included suchas task manager , calendars alarms.etc..and much mroe..:)
