Review on TrackPro by Jay Kenville

It has all that is needed for any laboratory workflow! I love how easy it makes my job by having everything in one place so i dont have to go from appartment-to-apptoment searching data or looking at spreadsheets etc.. Sometimes we need help with our software but they always make sure you are taken care off even if its just asking questions about something not working. We used this product while doing an upgrade project which was very time consuming because there were many steps involved where things could fail along way. The system made tracking these errors much easier than before when using multiple different methods/apps. I like that it is easy enough for any technical person in our organization to use without needing training or support from an outside service provider. The interface could be made simpler but this can also make it difficult if you are not familiar with computer programs. We have been able to keep all calibration data under one roof which has helped us greatly when troubleshooting problems across multiple sites/ departments.
