My boyfriend's parents and my boyfriend have a dog from the same litter of puppies. Their name is Roxy and ours is Stoli and they are pit bull mix breeds around 11 years old. Roxy has many health issues and problems getting up and moving around. Stoli still walks like a puppy, and although he's slower to stand up, he can and will when he needs to jump up. Roxy has a dull coat and sheds a lot of hair, Stoli has a shiny, healthy coat despite her gray hair. Both are in good, loving, rather active households. The only difference is that Stoli gets Nutro Senior and Roxy doesn't. The quality of the dog food you feed your dog is important. I bought my two smaller dogs a much more expensive excellent quality brand and switched to Stoli. However when I compared the ingredients they were almost the same and this product even had more D-Glucosamine (min)* 150mg/kg Chondroitin Sulfate (min)* and it performed better with this feed. We even switched my small dogs to Nutro. Sometimes you get more than you pay for!
