While Reynolds Kitchens parchment baking paper does not fit all baking pans, it is large enough to fit most large baking sheets. You can easily shorten them for smaller applications. They help keep things clean, non-slip, and bake dishes - from the fact that a lot of dirt was cooked after that. Anything that makes cleaning easier is good in my book. They're also great for cooking pizza, as well as fish and veggies (if you put them in a bag). Despite the simplicity of sheets of parchment paper, I prefer the roll style for its versatility when the sheet is simply torn off. the width I need and the small savings that come with using this format. Otherwise, it's a win and a must for a home that bakes a lot. court
