I'm giving this thing a 10 because it's easy to use and works every time. Comes with the typical 4 heads for different sizes, they seem made for casual use. It's amazing I had to hand press out 50 rivets! Well here is my 6/6/20 update which now gives the tool zero. If the rivet shanks are stuck in the head, you'll have to disassemble it to get it out. Spent hours putting it back together but the shaft jammed again. I'm done.
