I started fitness in January. I was never overweight, I was just unhealthy and out of shape. In the last few months I've discovered how much I love running, yoga and strength training. However, in response to all these new exercises, I felt terribly hungry and ate too much. Despite all the work I do, I've actually gained 5 pounds. So I was looking for something that would help curb that intense hunger a bit and also get me to exercise a little. It does everything! I have more energy and stamina and less desire to eat Easter candy lol. I'm hoping to shed the gained weight so I can take full advantage of my new muscle definition ;). Benefits: Energy, stamina, appetite control without tremors or restlessness. I don't feel exhausted, I'm just ready to win in my workouts, chase kids, etc. Cons: I find them a bit hard to swallow, which is surprising because I don't usually have a problem with them. I recommend 10/10. if you need a little help in the snacking department or want to make a breakthrough with your fitness goals!
