I recently bought a new laptop, I wanted to upgrade the NVME drive that came with it. I fitted a new drive to this unit, used the easyus software and transferred the contents of the original drive directly to the new one. Then I pulled out the new drive, plugged it into the laptop and it was done in about 10 minutes. It's faster than a flash drive, and I test the drive before I disassemble the laptop by booting from the USB port.
