Bit strange but it works.

The case is suitable for 3ds and ds games, but for 3ds games you need to align the small notch in the cartridge with the notch in the case. Otherwise, the case is really nice and solid, and it's easy to browse through all my games and figure out which one I'm looking for. 2 slots are for SD cards, so you have 22 game slots.
