I'm an IT professional and I'm writing this as a business owner specializing in IT support and services for small businesses and consumers. This patch panel arrived in a small white box with a little insulation to protect the patch panel. It contains basic instructions that may seem confusing to the layperson. I emptied the contents of the box and removed the wall mount. I was then able to attach the bracket to the base plate. Once that's done, you can snap the patch panel back onto the mount to start punching down. The labels that are on the back of this patch panel are loose and fluffy so they move. I managed to plug in all the plugs without and incorrectly. One thing I can say, this is a budget patch panel. It's not as premium as other brands, but it gets the job done and feels reliable. Most of this panel is made of plastic, making it cheap. All in all, if you want to save money and get a working patch panel, this is the product for you.
