First you need to steam your face with boiling water
The secret of using this product is that the pores open first. I read some of the other comments and it seemed to me that people get frustrated easily and abandon the product. At first I tried using a hot washcloth but almost nothing came out of my pores. I then tried using the product straight out of the shower and little came out. Then I put a pot of water on the stove and let it boil. I put my face on the pan and let the steam roll over my face for a few minutes. Until I felt my face sweat and my pores open. I used the product straight away and it came out SO MUCH GONK.
