The ability to work with clients who have multiple systems in place, as well being able t implement those solutions into other areas of our business was great! I like that we were not only implementing new software but also helping them improve their existing system for better customer service/data management etcWe had some good success stories which helped us get started quicker than expectedThe training sessions could be improved - they are sometimes quite long due mainly because you do need at least 2 people there so can take up time away form your main project.
