PRO: - It doesn't smell. - It doesn't feel grainy or too waxy on my lips. - It is hypoallergenic and does not contain many ingredients. - It's much cheaper than other lip balms for sensitive skin. CONS: - Different packaging** I've been ordering this regularly for the past 3 or 4 years and it always comes in a small box as shown in the picture. The last few bundles I ordered were sealed with a pull tab on the lid and tube label, not in the box. While the new sealing method is more convenient, having the box is helpful as it contains a list of ingredients and other information about the product. (It's worth noting that lately I've seen that other lip balm brands are also now using a new packaging method (tab). I think that's better than wasting unnecessary resources on packaging materials, too.)
