Great product

My wife uses this product to communicate with her mother who has diabetes. Her mother's house is about 100 meters from our house and the connection is uninterrupted and crystal clear. Just remember that both devices must be on the same channel and mode, and if used in an old house it is recommended to use a surge protector. I had to return one of the units but the customer service was really good and the replacement was shipped within a reasonable time. I definitely recommend this product. We have been using this product for almost a year and have had no problems whatsoever with two units.
