I like that it is easy to use - once you've got your files organized in folders by date/client etc., its great! It's also very customizable for each client so if there are any issues with how they want things arranged we go back & forth until everyone gets what THEY need from us :) We have been using this system since about '11 when my predecessor was still working here but she had difficulty keeping up w other vendors (who were more traditional) which made her job difficult because of time constraints as well. She left after 2 years due mostly bt lack o support at vendor side; however now i'm stuck trying t keep everything running smoothly while adding new services such has email alerts via text message / phone call alerting me whenever an issue arises requiring immediate attention.
