The customer support is really great! They are always available when issues arise and they have been very flexible through this whole process - I've had some minor hiccups but nothing major so far (which can be said about any product!). We're still figuring out how we want our website set up/organized within its platform as well as what features will make it most useful overall, however there's definitely value here if you need an easy-to-use solution that won't break your wallet too much. If I could suggest something right now though, would be more flexibility between online sales vs physical stores. For us, having both options makes sense as people prefer one over another depending upon circumstances. Having them sync together also allows customers who purchase from one option to then complete transactions via other platforms like Facebook / Instagram etc.
