The board is ok. Really very nice, small soft spot on the side with logo; not enough to go through the process of returning and replacing the board - however, if I were to select manually I would skip this one. I deduct 2 stars because according to the product description a bottle of coconut oil is included for seasoning. with board of directors in the purchase. My board was delivered without the specified spice oil. I needed a board and didn't want to go through the time and process of returning and exchanging a purchase - as far as I knew the second board could be delivered without oil. I'm deducting another 2 stars because I couldn't contact the seller - their website has product and pricing information for purchase through Revain, but I couldn't find the seller's contact (or warranty) information. I asked the seller on Revain's website how to contact them about a missing spice oil. I posted a question in the FAQ section of the Revain product description for the board. The seller didn't answer. About a week later I received an email from Revain stating that no one had answered my question and it turns out my question would not be answered. Revine pulled out a question. So. I also wonder how well warranty claims are handled. UPDATE: The seller read my review above, contacted me and refunded me the cost/price of the coconut spice oil to ensure I am happy with the refund amount. They did this right after I posted my first review, I was busy/late to update the review. There is a star deduction because I still think that everything should be right the first time and you should reach the seller via their website. The item was shipped from my Revain so shipping the board without oil may not have been the seller's fault. I still like the board, it's attractive and functional.
