good quality parts. Few extra parts and not easy to figure out what each part is. If you know this engine well, this might not be a problem. However, it does not include all replacement gaskets and O-rings. The fuel injector seal adapters (the part that comes with the block, Ford p/n F77Z-9G512-AA) and the coolant sensor O-ring are missing. No big deal other than I expected them to be there and I had to go to Ford to get them.
