I give this nest 5 stars although I want to share what happened and did not bring any positive emotions to me or my bird. First, my bird LOVES this nest and has loved it from day one. We have a little mop hanging over him and he often snuggles up to it and talks sweetly to himself. And often you can walk by and see him lying on his back with his legs up and just chatting. We have had the nest for over 3 months now. Yesterday we got back from vacation and found a piece of a bluebell tangled/entangled in its beak. We were finally able to move it after working on it for a few hours. I still recommend this nest, even with this problem. I would probably just remove the inside of the wind chimes or maybe replace them with plastic beads. Some toy bird bells are already being made this way. Like I said, we love this nest. In my opinion, that and the mop are the best birdcage accessories we've ever made.
