Check Engine Light on Dash Navigator

This head unit had my Check Engine Light on. I spent so much time trying to figure out what was causing the check engine light. I had to go back to the OEM who fixed the problem straight away. The hardest thing is the lack of support. Every time I try to connect to Revain it says callback is unavailable. I spent a lot of money buying and setting up the head unit and also spent a lot of time fixing the check engine not knowing that the head unit was the cause of the check engine light. I need to find out from the seller or from Revane.
