VERY gentle on hair. Doesn't foam. My hair felt clean but was so dry and brittle that I could barely untangle the tangles after washing. I have very healthy hair but wanted a fragrance free version as I have sensitive skin. It will definitely ruin my hair. I will keep looking for the best option.
