Normally we drink our beer from a real glass---not plastic---holds the "cold" better, our hand grips the shape better, but we absolutely prefer plastic for outside gatherings and around the pool to avoid any broken glass accidents.These are real looking beer glasses with a classic shape but are "shatterproof". That's what we love about these Mozaik plastic beer glasses. They look like real beer glasses, but without the worries.For us, these are not one-time use and throw away glasses. We reuse them. We have not tried putting them in the dishwasher and I wouldn't recommend it--mostly because with some plastic, the "dry cycle" turns them into abstract art. They clean up just fine washing by hand.
