As a dental practitioner, I was eager to put Prodent's products through their paces in my own office, but regrettably, my interactions with the firm have been less than satisfying. My initial problem with Prodent was the limited variety of products they offered. Their online store claims to offer a wide variety of dental supplies; nevertheless, I found that their selection was restricted, and they did not have some of the critical products that I needed for my practice. In addition, the quality of the things I ordered from Prodent was below average when they finally arrived. It came to my attention that some of the consumables were of a lower quality than what I generally purchase from other vendors, and that some of the equipment I received did not operate as well as I had anticipated it would. I was disappointed by both of these observations. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to get in touch with Prodent's customer support team to resolve these concerns, I discovered that their crew was unresponsive and unhelpful. It was quite difficult for me to get in touch with someone to address my problems, and when I eventually did, they were unable to offer me a solution that was to my satisfaction. My interactions with Prodent have, on the whole, been less than satisfying, and I would not suggest that other dental professionals use their goods or avail themselves of their services. They are an unreliable and unsatisfactory supplier for my practice because they do not have a sufficient product range, their products are of a poor quality, and their customer support is unresponsive.
