I have to admit, this compression shirt is not bad. It slimmed down my belly and I was able to wear my pants and jeans a bit more comfortably. I like the adjustable flap in the front. I also like the snug support I get for my lower back. All in all, not a bad product. I'm an XL sized guy, so I purchased the XL sized shirt.If you are looking for a more snug, compressed fit, I suggest you select a size smaller than your actual size.
