Not very good on my review.

These are my 3rd brand to try and they have never stayed on through the night. One night it was on my cheek by morning! I would not recommend.

Pros

The tape is designed to help you breathe better by promoting the use of nasal breathing, which is healthier and more efficient than breathing through your mouth

Cons

Can fall off easily and become useless

It worked very well. It was easy to use and painless removable without adhesive residual. After a week of using this product, I did not wake up with a dry mouth, sore throat, or nasal congestion. I am a mouth breather while sleeping, it was my first time to use these strips. It kept my lip closed. Good quality and great price.
