Drops and poor customer service
The backs are falling off and the customer service is terrible! I bought these earrings and within 3 months the back kept falling off. They were tight and kept falling off. I tried contacting support several times and they said they would email me but never did. After numerous attempts, nothing has been heard from them so far. I just want new straps so they don't fall off!
