I have Duralast vines which I purchased from Autozone a few years ago. The creepers didn't roll smoothly I ordered them because they were the cheapest option and they looked just like the ones I had. My Duralast has round holes on both the top and bottom of the creeper so I put the washer (included) on the bottom instead of the top and when I tightened the spare tire it still didn't seat correct. The square shape at the base of the wheel shaft was slightly larger than the round hole. So I decided to just tighten the nut and put the "square bolt" in the "round hole". It seems to work.
