Review on Homecraft 100-Cup Coffee Urn And Hot Beverage Dispenser With Dripless Faucet, Quick-Brewing, Stainless Steel by Alicia Aftanas

I bought this urn because I wanted a stainless steel urn that held alot of water. I am very very disappointed with my purchase. The urn does not heat the water enough. I dispense water into a regular coffee mug and within a couple of minutes my beverage is just warm, and not hot anymore. My home is kept at 73°, and so my mugs are not any colder that anybody else's. If I want a hot beverage then I must drink out of a paper disposable coffee cup, or I have to fill my coffee mug up with the water from the urn to warm it up, spill out that water , and make my hot beverage in my prewarmed cup. I has guests in my house and I was embarrassed that I had to boil water in a pot to make them hot tea. Even though I purchased this when they had a sale, it isn't worth it!
