While the gaskets themselves are a great upgrade from the original OE plastic garbage gaskets, the dowel pins are garbage. My gaskets came with both pins knocked completely out of one of the gaskets. Obviously this has to do with both the quality of the plastic the pins are made of and the fact that the spacers are loose in the pocket with nothing in between. While this may not seem like a big deal, it actually is. if you put the gaskets on the heads and then the bottom intake on the gaskets as it usually takes a little wiggling of the bottom intake manifold to get it right and oops! Here is your seal in the oil kitchen! Very unpleasant. On the other hand, a bit of Super Black held it in place, and I'm sure this Dex-Cool aluminum frame won't fall apart like plastic did twenty years ago.
