Review on OMNIS by Jay Williams

I like that it's a fully integrated solution for all aspects of our business. The customer service has been great as well. We have had some issues with the platform but they are working through them very quickly and we should be back up and running soon. It would be nice if there was more flexibility in how you can customize the platform. For example, I wish we could have set up different themes for each of our stores so that we didn't need to go into every store individually to make changes. This is not something that we have control over, but it would be nice to have this option. If you are looking for a full integration solution, then OmniS is definitely worth considering. Our team uses OmniS to manage our inventory, order fulfillment, customer data, and other processes across multiple locations.
