Great if your van is actively sagging (I didn't have it at 130K). The height is a bit, but it's not. I suspect/hope this helps a little more under heavy loads. I don't have a chance to test this but I just hope my purchase of these nibs wasn't wasted. At least they ride as well as stock springs. I was a bit dismayed that they didn't change the ride height (although I really wouldn't want it too much, hence my 5 star rating) or higher than the 130K springs I removed. So for $80 in feathers I have to "believe" it will help. To sum it up, I wish I had invested the time and money to add red Air-Ride coil inserts instead (the ones I know of would allow me to adjust the height and help with the car in a scenario with to hold heavy weight higher).
