I have a few different helpers and they are essential for every application. They're great for motorcycle batteries, but I don't leave them on for too long because they don't need them. In the winter I will let it sit for a couple of weeks, then let it rest for a month and then air it again. These are little bats. I also use them for car and truck batteries and even deep cell batteries. I know a little bit about batteries and I have a couple of 10 year old batteries that still work, I assume they could fail any day but they are a good investment. Just don't leave them on for months because you don't have to, leave mine for a couple of weeks, leave the battery for a month, run a low test and bring the maintenance crew back for another week and so on . I like that. Imo FYI
