Review on Empolis Service Express by Antonio Taveras

We have been using this software since it was first released almost 10 years ago. The interface has not changed much over time but I think that's probably good because it means they are still improving the product. Sometimes there can be some lag when you try to use certain features of the program so make sure you test everything out before your employees do. It does exactly what we need! There aren't too many downsides as far as I know. If we had any complaints about the product at all then it would likely be minor things like how long it takes to load sometimes or maybe an occasional bug here and there. But overall I'd say our experience with Empolis has been great. They have helped us streamline processes and improve communication by allowing users to log into the system from anywhere via their mobile devices.
