Seems like a good product, but does not work for single hole installation without the plate. The faucet body needs something like the plate to compress against in order to stabilize. I could not get the faucet body to stay put no matter how well I tightened the unit from below. I reinstalled twice thinking I had done something wrong then finally realized it needed the plate to compress against in order to not move. Bad design for single hole installation. It needs some kind of large washer or round plate. Customer service was not helpful. I finally wedged a washer under the faucet body and it stabilized the unit. If you use the plate, it should work fine. The instructions show installation without the plate so this mode is contemplated but not supported. The water supply hoses were also too short. I had to go to the store and buy extensions. It seems like it is fair quality but for me this was troublesome.
