I'm telling you this because I've bought other belts because the parts stores recommended that. Don't do that, use transparent silicone.

3M glue didn't work on my dashboard, I bought another glue, it didn't work but guess what transparent silicone doesn't damage the dashboard, even the dealer's parts department told me to get it because if I have to remove it it won't damage the surface. I'm telling you this because I've bought other belts because the parts stores recommended that. Don't let transparent silicone work like a charm.
