and was well packaged in a heavy duty box with foam all around - no chips or cracks. I chose the smaller 6.5" because I wasn't sure if the larger would be too big to fit between my counter and tall cabinets and still allow me to clean my dishes without putting anything underneath having to take it out of the closet. (It wouldn't, by the way.) This smaller 6.5-inch jug is just a tad taller than a 48-ounce Crisco can and a tad taller, as you can see in the middle two images above. It is durable and will not tip over when you put down or take out the dishes. I washed it in the dishwasher and it worked great as I expected. That. I love that it's a beautiful neutral style that will suit any decor now and in the future. I recommend.
