I have a love-hate relationship with August. Being able to lock and unlock the door remotely (with August Connect) is great, and being able to unlock the door when you approach it with your phone is great. But the Android app is very buggy. We use the August padlock for an AirBnB and this keypad is essential if you don't want to resort to the safe as a backup. I remember having an issue the first time I set it up, but on the second try (removing and re-adding) the keyboard worked fine. My only major complaint is that the battery only lasts a few weeks.
