I didn't care at all. The smell of the shampoo reminded me of a veterinary office, it had that medicinal smell you bathe a dog in. The conditioner was runny and more like a leave-in. It reminded me of a slightly thicker version of Infusium. I gave my husband both the shampoo and conditioner and said if he didn't like them just throw them away. But straight out of the box was almost the worst: so much plastic! It came with a hard cap but had an extra cap with a spray hole (the conditioner didn't even get close to the spray hole) and a pump for each bottle! I may not have read the description fully when it was mentioned because if I had known it came with so much plastic I would never have bought the brand. Absolute win-win for me.
