
We have been using this product since before my arrival at our organization as an admin who helped implement this across the board. I love that they are constantly providing new features so we never get bored! One thing though - sometimes you need some sort of "advanced" setting in order to see certain fields or values but then when you do view them it will give you the option to select different ones which isn't helpful because then you'll lose what you were looking for in the first place. Having said that, there are many ways around that. It has saved us SO much time. This should be mandatory equipment for any system administrators out there. It just allows everyone to work seamlessly together without having to worry about getting in others' way.
