I need a running belt for both cycling and running. This is the third running belt I've bought and so far I like it the best because it's the most comfortable. When cycling I need a backpack behind me so over time it gets annoying to have a buckle right next to my stomach so this strap is better for riding. All my family runs and my wife and son also prefer this one as it has less recoil than others and again the lack of a large buckle is very nice. One thing to note is that this belt does not fit well in the larger size - if you have a waist size over 34 (maybe over 36) the largest size may feel tight. Without a buckle, this belt uses Velcro instead. I completely forget it's there, that it's exactly what I want.
